Nomad Referral Program

Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Nomad Referral Program (the “Program”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. You and the person you refer will each earn a Visa gift card for each Eligible Referral. “Eligible Referral” means an individual you refer to us that (1) has not previously been referred to Nomad by someone else, (2) has not already requested or spoken with the Nomad team about a Guaranteed Rent Offer (GRO), (3) signs a lease with Nomad for a property that is not already associated with an owner who has spoken with the Nomad team about the same property.
2. The Eligible Referral must be submitted via the referral form prior to the Eligible Referral submitting a GRO request or speaking with the Nomad team about a GRO.
3. The Eligible Referral must sign a lease within 3 months from referral date.
4. You will receive an email providing instructions to redeem your gift card within 30 days after your Eligible Referral signs a lease with Nomad.
5. Only one gift card will be provided for each Eligible Referral. 
6. There is no limit to the number of Eligible Referrals that you can make under the Program.
7. Gift cards are subject to the Visa Cardholder Agreement and related terms and conditions, which are provided with each card. Gift cards can be used everywhere that Visa debit cards are accepted, subject to the Visa Cardholder Agreement and any conditions and limitations imposed by merchants. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and are not transferable. Employees of Nomad and its affiliates and their immediate family members may not participate in the Program. Nomad is not responsible for replacing any lost or stolen gift cards.
8. Nomad may terminate or modify the Program at any time without any notice.
